AJIRA SLA WIZARD

The Ajira SLA Wizard is a software product that addresses many Horizontal service processes such as Accounts Payables Processing, Payroll Processing, Help Desk, etc. It also addresses Vertical service processes such as Insurance Claims Processing and Mortgage Loan Processing. The Wizard conducts an interview for each of these areas and recommends major and minor quantitative and qualitative SLAs that could be monitored, Standard Reports recommended, candidates for Key Performance Indicators to be displayed in a Dashboard, etc.
