Ajira Process Analytics provides the reporting and analysis component of the Ajira service process management solution. The Analytics module helps set up the dimensions for analysis of service process information, helps create standard reports, ad-hoc reports and graphs that are e-mailed automatically. You can also create BPMS Target Met/Not Met kinds of reports. You can perform slice-and-dice analysis and export slices to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
