  NARI KANNAN
 Nari Kannan is Founder and CEO of Ajira
Nari brings 18 years of business and technology experience leading companies as President & CEO, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, Nari served as Vice President of Engineering at Ensenda, a company offering last mile supply chain routing & fulfillment solutions. Prior to this, Nari was the CTO of Kadiri, a human resources software company and CTO of Ensera, a venture funded company (acquired by Mitchell International, Inc in 2001) providing centralized online auto insurance claims processing services. Prior to Ensera, he was the founder and CEO of Colorado Springs-based Zelos Technologies, and previous to that, Vice President of Technology at Equinox Solutions. Nari began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer. Nari holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Loyola College, and an M.B.A Degree from the University of Madras in Madras, India. He graduated with an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1985

  ANIL REWARI
 President and Founder for Ajira.
Anil is an industry expert in deploying new technologies at global services organizations, and has over 19 years of marketing, product management, business development and engineering experience in enterprise software. He has led efforts in the automation of complex business processes at various companies. Most recently he was VP of Product Marketing at Zaplet (a private company funded by Kleiner Perkins, Cisco and Oracle), focused on collaborative business process management. Earlier, Anil successfully rebuilt and led various CRM product marketing and product management teams at PeopleSoft, including those focused on architecture, mobile technologies, integration frameworks, globalization, sales force automation, marketing automation, and industry marketing. Prior to that, he successfully led Verity's industry marketing efforts. Previously, he worked for over 8 years at Digital Equipment Corporation's global services organization, focusing on deploying advanced software applications for service and support. Anil is a recipient of the Innovative Applications award from the American Association of Artificial Intelligence. He has organized and chaired workshops, taught tutorials, and been invited as a speaker at conferences worldwide. Anil has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts , Amherst , and a B.Tech in Computers from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
  JAYAPRAKASH ADLURI  
Jayaprakash Adluri is the Director of Ajira's India Development Center.
Jayaprakash (JP) is an accomplished technologist turned entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience. JP has been involved with offshore software development for the past 5 years leading efforts in planning and staffing software development teams, organizing offshore software development and project managing these efforts on time and on budget for companies such as Inktomi and System Integration Solutions, Inc. (SIS Inc.'s customers included Visa, Verizon, Pacbell, Charles Schwab, etc.). JP is an accomplished entrepreneur having bootstrapped a company in Business Process Outsourcing and is a manufacturer-exporter of Custom Rubber Rolls. JP graduated with a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from A.C. College of Technology, Madras, India and an M.B.A from the University of Madras, in India.
